We ship anywhere in Nicaragua. Each order is coordinated personally via WhatsApp before dispatching, so we can confirm the carrier, time and cost with you.

Shipping

In-store pickup (Condega)

Buy through WhatsApp or our website and pick up at the store with no shipping cost. We are half a block north of Ferreteria Torrez Reyes, every day from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Nationwide shipping

We use Cargotrans or intercity buses depending on what works best for you. Cost is agreed per order based on destination, weight and carrier; we confirm it via WhatsApp before sending.

Estimated times

Cargotrans: 1 to 3 business days nationwide. Intercity bus: same-day if the destination is on the route, next day otherwise. Specific times are confirmed when arranging the shipment.

International

International shipping is not available at this time.

Payment Methods

We accept several payment methods depending on whether you visit the store or order remotely.

Cash (cordobas) and credit or debit cards.

Remote

Remote orders

Bank transfer. We share the account details via WhatsApp once we confirm your order. Shipment goes out as soon as payment is received.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece. If something is not quite right, we offer exchanges — we do not issue cash refunds.

Exchange window

You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange.

Condition

Item must be unworn, with all original tags attached, free of stains and without any damage.

What you can swap for

We exchange the item for a different size, color, or any other product of the same value.

Return shipping

Return shipping is covered by the customer. The only exception is when we shipped the wrong item — in that case we cover the return, after confirming the details first.

    Ship the item back in original condition with all tags

    Once received and inspected, we send out your replacement

Exclusions

Swimwear and intimate items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
