Yes, we ship anywhere in Nicaragua. We coordinate via Cargotrans or intercity buses depending on your preference. We confirm the option and cost via WhatsApp before dispatching.

Shipping cost is agreed per order — it depends on the carrier (Cargotrans or bus), destination and weight. Send us your location via WhatsApp and we'll quote you on the spot.

Times vary by carrier and zone. Cargotrans is usually 1–3 business days nationwide; bus delivery can be same-day if the destination is on the route. We confirm the estimate via WhatsApp when arranging your shipment.

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused, keep all tags, and have no stains or damage. We don't issue refunds in cash: we exchange for a different size, color or another item of the same value. Return shipping is on the customer, except when we shipped the wrong item (we cover it after confirmation). To start a return, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

In-store we accept cash (córdobas) and credit/debit cards. For remote orders we accept bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed we coordinate shipping.
